Cancellation Policy

CarGlo Detailing - Booking Policy Thank you for choosing CarGlo Auto Detailing! To ensure a smooth experience, please review our booking policy: 1. Booking Your Appointment All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email ([email address]). Once confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text. 2. Arrival Time Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for in-shop appointments. For mobile detailing, ensure your vehicle is easily accessible and in a safe location. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. 4. Late Arrivals Arriving late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Please contact us if you're running late. A rescheduling fee may apply for late arrivals over 30 minutes. 5. No-Show Policy No-shows will incur a 50% charge of the service cost. Repeat no-shows may lead to cancellation of future bookings. 6. Additional Services To add services like paint correction or headlight restoration, notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Additional services may affect the time needed to complete your service. 7. Mobile Detailing Ensure the vehicle is in an accessible location. A travel fee may apply for locations outside a 10-mile radius of our Garden City location. 8. Weather Considerations Services are generally performed regardless of weather, but extreme conditions may require rescheduling. We’ll contact you if needed. 9. Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right. 10. Payment Policy Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards and cash. Tips for our team are appreciated but not required. By booking with CarGlo, you agree to these terms. Liability Clause CarGlo Auto Detailing takes great care in handling your vehicle; however, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, defects, or issues that may be uncovered during the detailing process. While we make every effort to protect your vehicle, CarGlo is not responsible for any damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as manufacturer defects, worn-out parts, or hidden issues. By booking you agree to not hold CarGlo at fault.
